We were very pleased with the ship, most especially with a staff who were genuinely very friendly and helpful. The food is fit for a "foodie" as we are. The freestyle dining is the best along with the specialty restaurants, my favorites being Cagney's Steakhouse and La Cucina, the Italian restaurant. And, you must play Bingo- they've got a great plan for it. The excursions on our trip to Alaska were enlightening and beautiful!

We had one small issue when we arrived in our stateroom and it was addressed and corrected right away! The rest of the cruise was perfect!

Seeing the glaciers and doing a whale watch were awesome!

Pros: Staff friendliness and helpfulness; privacy when wanted; freestyle dining and specialty restaurants; "washy-washy" stations (LOL)- loved it all!

Cons: Maneuvering through the crowds at the breakfast and lunch buffets
