A great cruise

Sail Date: April 01, 2011

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We loved the Pearl. I had read some comments which made me a little hesitant but we were pleasantly surprised. Day at sea is not much fun because it is over crowded. Everyone wants to be by the pool in order not to loose a day but way tooooo crowded and not enough loung chairs

Pros: Food and entertainment

Cons: crowded pool, not enough lounge chairs or pools. One for adults and one for children is not enough when you are over 2000 people

Recommends Norwegian Pearl? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Main dining rooms were excellent, food and service but the specialty restaurants were not worth the extra expense
Cabin / Stateroom
We had a rooom with a balcony and we loved it. I don't know what the other rooms are like but ours was wonderful
Service and Staff
We always had excellent service
Andy is so energetic and makes everything fun

A wasted day for us -- change location
Don't Miss: nothing to do there really
Great Stirrup Cay (Cruiseline Private Island), Bahamas
waiting over an hour to be tendered to the Island
Road Town, Tortola, B.V.I.
great beaches again
Don't Miss: Virgin Gorda hot baths
