Review summary

highly recommend ncl and the pearl. the day and night entertainment was great and the shore tours seemed well put together. the staff and crew man were exceptional. embarkation and debarkation were flawless and quick. was on the boat in 10 minutes and off in 30 minutes. the days at sea had plenty to do and ports were standard ( cozumel and belize) cant wait to try the ncl pride of hawaii and the new mega ton ship ncl is working on.

the dolphin swim was expensive but fun and it did include admission to the chaacunaaba (sp.) national marine park. been here before and always find fun different things to do.

horseback jungle tour. fun and educational. research the area - two seasons dry and wet. wet is lush and dry is savana like. we unfortunately hit the dry season. wouldve been better to see the reef.

Pros: the pearl is a new ship full of excitement. the crew and staff are great and meet and exceeded our expectations. standard chioces of shore excursions. food above average in the dining room and great in the specialty restuarants

Cons: spring break time lead to alot of rowdy younger crowd that lead to increase noise and lack of respect to the ship.

Recommends Norwegian Pearl? Yes!
