Review summary

The food was amazing. We traveled NCL several years ago and were not impressed but they have done an amazing job and now I would rate them better than Royal based on my most recent experience.

The entire staff was amazing, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating.

everything was immaculate! Beautiful lounges.

The room was great but smaller than the Haven on the Gem. The Haven pool and hot tubs were a little overcrowded with many young children.

Ship tip

Check out the observation lounges and get a mojito at the outside mojito bar.

IF you go to horseshoe bay do not go on the first port day or if there is another ship in port. It was way too crowded.

Service will only improve when you hire more staff
