All cruiselines count rooms sold, not the number of passengers. A lot of cruises are sailing at over capacity. We always have a great time on NCL.

Thanks for sharing your review. On point! I don’t get their disconnect. Full capacity/overbooked cruises, at pre-pandemic staffing levels. Not to mention these are extremely jobs. I fully agree the staff tries to accommodate & it’s not their fault. Corporate greed. Glad you enjoyed your time in Bermuda & your time away from the crowds. Happy cruising 😎⚓️🤩❣️‼️
