Finding a pool chair remains to be an issue. Although there are warnings everywhere about towels being removed if chair is not occupied there is NOBODY enforcing the rule. There needs to be a better way to handle this issue.
Entertainment

Entertainment is sorely lacking. One show in theatre was a poor magician show that was ok at best. The Beatle shows are held in the Cavern that holds maybe 50 seats and on a ship that holds 4,500 that wasn’t big enough. We twice attempted to attend and got in the line an hour before the show to not have a seat. I’m 67 and have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I can’t stand in a line for an hour and then for a show. Ridiculous!!!

We were not happy that the the bar in the Observation Lounge was removed. It was our favorite place to visit and meet new people. They have ample couches and chairs but the feel of the bar was lost without the bar.
Cabin / Stateroom

Everything was wonderful. The only drawback was the robes, give a larger size option. My partner is 6ft 4in and a 260 lbs. the robe was 6 in too small from being able to be closed.
Was expecting to be closer to the reef and not on their own island. Also unlike other NCL owned islands this island you have to pay for everything…food, drinks…on a credit card not the NCL card. Other owned islands we have been to everything was included. We stayed on ship where everything was included.
I love Cozumel. This trip we did the dune buggy excursion and it was so much fun. You drive around the entire island stopping for snorkeling or just laying by the beach, lunch at a restaurant which gave three free options for a lunch and shopping. Highly recommend this trip.
Great until we got outside for the transportation to FLL airport. Someone goofed and we were standing outside under a shelter in a thunderstorm and pouring rain waiting for our bus to arrive. Finally a driver was diverted from a MIA bus and he drove us.
