Review summary

This could have beena great cruise but was very very crowded. embarkation and disembarkation ruined a lot good things about this cruise.

Embarkation

This was the worst embarkation in all the cruises we have taken. We were directed to alternate pier to board ship. Upon arrival it was raining and processing was in large tent. Processing went quickly. Then we were directed to sit and in cold metal folding chairs with wet puddles on floor. We sat for 2.5 hours waiting to be called. Once called were loaded on a bus to ship across the street. Again wait in line once off bus to board ship. This processing needs to be addressed.

cabin was clean smaller than expected. Bathroom was larger . Had a double sink and walk in shower.

Ship tip

This is large ship. Can accommodate 4000 plus so be prepared for crowds everywhere. Reserve shows early and special dinning.

2 hour line on ship to get off. Then a bus ride to tent area to find luggage.
