Review summary

Service is everything! NCL needs to step up their service. Poor service . I’d rather spend a little extra to get the service and attentiveness towards myself . Staff was disappointing. This was my 16th cruise and by far the worst cruise I’ve been on

I was on the same cruise yet it seems we had a different experience. My wife and I found the staff outstanding. The food was great and disembarkation the easiest we have had. We were off the ship and through customs in 15 minutes. Sorry you had a bad time.

Sorry you were disappointed. Normally NCL is excellent. You had a fun itinerary, we did it 8 years ago.

Thanks for your review. It may be anything going out of Manhattan recently. A few weeks back our cruise was our worst of the 20+ we have sailed and it wasn't NCL. Last October was a wonderful cruise out of NYC and it was NCL.

Thanks for the reviews. Many cruise lines are getting negative reviews now for poor service, lack of food selections, etc. It seems things are getting worse rather than better with staffing shortages and supply chain issues.
