Embarkation

no problems

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Teppanyaki was a fun evening. Overall, pretty good food and places to eat, however did notice that Taste and Savor kept the same menu the entire week.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The pool areas are very congested and small. The adult hot tub was really the only place to relax if you weren't a Haven guest. Disappointing. Loved the Observation Lounge.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Very well done and entertaining.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My teen loved the teen club and kept busy and met lots of friends.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Waiters were nice You have a serious problem with the placement of Guest Services next to the Atrium entertainment. It is loud and you are unable to hear the people at the desk. Our 14 year old daughter missed the ship and it was a frantic period for us, as we tried to assist her from the ship, to try to communicate with the adults that were left behind also. All the racket in that area is stressful, in already stressful situations and circumstances (people were discussing their bills, etc). You really should consider replacement of either one of those venues for the future.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Although a huge ship, it feels small or the same as small vessels since the common places are the same. Just more state rooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
fit us perfectly. Loved the bigger bathroom with our option

Ship tip

Be aware that you need to book your dining, the SHOWS, and activities when you first come on. Have never had to book shows and activities and it was stressful the first 2 days to figure it all out.

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

3 out of 5
nope, just a port

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
Went to the beach, was fun and enjoyable

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Did not visit port

We stayed on ship, our daughter went with another group and was left behind. Not a good experience.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Using the porters was helpful, although we lost one piece of luggage and are awaiting a claim notice if you have found it yet and if we will get it back and how.

Was she on an excursion when she missed the ship? I can't imagine how scared she was.
