Feb 17 (2 days before departure) 730MST . Email from Haven upgrades - NCL IS TAKING A LOOK AT OFFER.

Hey - I put in $50 bucks more than min on 2 balconies - NCL supposedly doesn’t do the upgrades till about 3 days before departure .               I think it’s silly - I would take what I could get for havens if they are not selling to open up regular balconies to general public . BUT NCL May close off certain section of haven  if its not selling - reallocate staff - they may not don’t want to much wear and tear.  Never know what logic NCL operates on.
