Review summary
The room steward was sub-par. We walked in on Embarkation day to a used wet wash cloth in the shower and an empty toilet paper roll on the floor. For 2 days after that we didn't get our trash emptied. Never any ice in the room. We went to guest services to make them aware and after apologizing they sent a bottle of wine and a plate of confections to the room free of charge. Great!~ Except the plate of confections was stale and hard as a rock. It seems the plate was sitting in the back of the fridge expired and they needed to be thrown away.
We were rained out in Belize (our snorkeling excursion was canceled by the cruise line) and in Honduras. Come to find out from the locals, we visited in "monsoon" season (their words). Apparently the kids are even out of school from early November to late January because of it.
It's my suggestion that you stay out of Belize and Hondouras in Nov-Jan to avoid all the water.
