Review summary

This ship needs a remodel, i.e. the carpet in our room was dirty looking, the deck chairs are worn and some in disrepair, etc.. The staff on this ship is however, is second to none. They provide a level of customer service that is hard to find in these times. In all areas, customer service, wait staff, cabin stewards, they all go out of there way to be sure you are happy and have everything you need in order for you vacation to be an exceptional experience.

Our cabin was fine other than the stained carpet that should have been replaced. I do not have any pics that would give a good view of the entire cabin. I do think the pics of the cabins on the NCL Jewel site are complete accurate.
