Went to Berlin by cruise sponsored bus then did a hop on hop off bus tour.

If on a budget just walk around town on your own. We went on a tour but we liked walking around town the best.

Pros: I liked there diligence to use hand sanitizer

Cons: $10 per person service fee. I thought they used to advertise tipping not required?
