Jade was all about the money. They said to stay hydrated and wanted to sell water. Did not provide any useful information for those that did not take one of their expensive excursions. Said we could meet with someone ashore for info and map-mostly no one there. Too crowded ship...not friendly to meet people.

Golden Coral on the water, just not so good but a lot more expensive.

This was a trip of a lifetime. And we would do it again in a heartbeat. But we would never book with , as we were severely overcharged by thousands of dollars when we discovered that NCL was basically offering the same vacation package for thousands of dollars less than what we paid.

Best cruise ever! Loved the "jewel class" ship, Dave (cruise director), food in every venue was outstanding, beverages great, incredible entertainment/production shows, itinerary was exceptional -- just a great vacation altogether. That being said, we had only one complaint was pre-cruise (Piram) wasn't good, didn't like our room/antiquity of hotel, poor English speaking staff who didn't seem to understand its relationship with NCL as pre-cruise hotel, breakfast in basement wasn't nice, no pool/hot tub, location in Center of Rome was nice, but had to find other location for dinner, DID like their roof top bar though (!), however, our transfer to ship was chaos as front desk had no info on our booking for this, didn't know when bus would come, said it wasn't their company, confused how it was all supposed to work for us so we were afraid we wouldn't make the ship (!) and had to push very hard for them to figure it all out since it was included in the room cost -- would suggest NCL find another pre-cruise hotel.

A great trip to see the Greek island in an easy and conveinent way between islands.

Once we were on board, we enjoyed the cruise very much - we find the service provided by the ship's crew & the plentiful food to be a huge drawing card. We enjoy cruising on the oceans & will continue to do so.

Chose this ship for the ports. Used Norwegian as our hotel to privately tour all ports. Disappointed in the food/cleanliness and especially the customer service staff-they were horrible!

What a terrific cruise. The best part is the staff on board. They are courteous and eager to please. The shows are fantastic and the food is great. Would have appreciated a bit more time at each stop (especially Crete), but, nonetheless, the itinerary was excellent. Well done, NCL!

Overall, this is a wonderful cruise. It is port-intensive so the lack of onboard activists and the low quality kids clubs weren’t a big deal. It was a great way to see Greece and Italy and is highly recommend! Food and service on ship was wonderful.

This was one of the best trip we had ever taken; we enjoyed it very much .

Horrible Spa Experience (no follow up from management), but amazing visits to cool places, and everything else was perfect.

I am not sure that I would do this cruise again but overall, it was what I expected.

We hed a good time during our journey, making new friends with which hope to continue stay in touch in the future. A special +++ to Spinnacar Bar with ITS very nice program. The shows in the Stardust Teatre was also a plus from our part.

Overall as a solo traveler this was an excellent transatlantic cruise. Although it was my first solo and first TA.

Overall a good cruise. Won't use NCL again, will stay with Celebrity for future cruises.

Great cruise, great staff, hardworking, excellent shows, especially duo Aura great music in corridors. Awful music in the dining halls and around the pool. definitely too loud. Some artists were too loud also.

This was our 12th cruise, this was one of the best, the crew, itinerary , food, entertainment, excursions were all great. The negative was having our port changed from Manhattan to Brooklyn after we booked. Was harder to get to that port and cab cost tripled

Very nice ship and ports. Would not do it again. NCL must do something about there embarkation/disembarkation procedures.

I like mid-sized ships so the Jade worked for us. We went with 2 couples and some single friends. Love going in small groups where we can all meet up for dinner !
