The Staff were impressive/nice. The itinerary to the 4 Greek islands were wonderful. The Food was substandard. We started with the Italian speciality restaurant which was our ONLY good meal. Although I had a filet that was less than \"Choice Grade\", the wife and farther in-law enjoyed their selection. The buffet food was sometimes cold and tasteless but not sure if that is acceptable on Norwegian, I have been on other cruises (i.e. Celebrity, etc.) and the overall food experience was good compared to the Norwegian-Jade. We also tried the French Restaurant, \"Le Bistro\" and again the food was substandard with spotty good selections (i.e. Salads). We ended our trip by selecting the Steak House Specialty Restaurant and we were very disappointed by the entire meal. Again, the service was excellent but the food was sub-standard. The Shrimp cocktail was undercooked, the Steak was not Prime as indicated and did not taste like a 28 day aged steak, and the lobster I had was undercooked. The dessert we had was very good. Overall, taking out the food portion of the trip, we had a great experience but would not recommend the Norwegian-Jade.

Had a great time on the Norwegian Jade with my sister. We especially enjoyed the dinner in the Tappenyaki restaurant. The crew members were a lot of fun and we really enjoyed the trivia contests. Made some friends with other guests. It was easy getting off and on the ship.

The overall crew was wonderful by the 3rd day they remembered our daughters name and where so helpful. The cabin was inside with a window and was a good size the room was kept up multiple times every day although we didn't request it to be. I recommend looking into sure excursions on your own or once you get to the location the ones provided by the actual cruise line are over expensive and in some cases we found the local transportation cheaper. other than those minor things it was a good experience.

I haven't cruised in 20 years and was very pleasantly surprised. The ship was clean, the mini-suites were very large with great balconies and the food was very good. The kids club and pools were very crowded but everything else was wonderful. We didn't want to leave.

I thought the ship was great. I loved the aerialists that performed. They were amazing. My biggest complaint was the yoga teacher. Carlo was horrible. Daniel was better but you should have a real yoga teacher onboard especially if you're charging people to take the class. If you're not paying, it's one thing to have someone that's not great but if you're paying, you should have a professional yoga teacher.

It was a great cruise experience, with excellent ports of call, entertainment, food, service, and accommodations. We were new to the Freestyle cruising, so didn't quite bring dressy enough clothes, but still had a blast. Service was great. I do wish we would have had more time at many of the ports, and we were disappointed with the extremely slow disembarkation process (which was communicated too quietly) the morning we left. We picked up luggage tags to disembark at 8:15AM and didn't get off the ship til at least an hour later.

We had a wonderful time with my wife and other family member. The Norwegian Jade was excellent. Superb service. Freestyle, eat wherever, whenever. Could the formal restaurant, informal by the swiming pool, buffet. It is difficult to be hungry at 6 pm or 9 pm during the all cruise. It is very nice to wake up in a different country every day and go out to explore different cultures and places that we always want to visit. Take a good breakfast buffet and go out fresh, without packing every day and taking taxis, go to the airport, etc. Then in the evening come back to the ship eat well at the formal restaurant and see a wonderful show.

I cruised on the Jade in March 2013, embarking from Rome. Loved the ship, food and its shows. I have been on NCL Spirit, MSC Splendid and will be going on NCL Epic in July 2018. The NCL Jade, although medium in size, I enjoyed the most especially eating lunch/ breakfast at the great outdoors. In 2019, I will be taking my in laws on the Jade in the summer.

It was a delightful cruise overall. Just wished there were more activities on the 3 days at sea! Dance classes should be offered in the afternoon, not at 7 pm every time.

We took the east Mediterranean 10 day cruise during early March of 2013. We had great experience. The itinerary is just about right. In 10 days we visited 6 different cities across three different countries. The docking time and required return time enable us to have enough time to see what we wanted to see during excursion. Overall, had great time and will do it again, but we probably going to take west Mediterranean cruise next time to see different cities.

The cruise exceeded expectations on all levels. The excursions were well planned and an excellent experience with the farm visits memorable. Food experiences on ship and ports of call were outstanding. The staff was very friendly with a special shout out to the Cruise Director and purser.

I liked everything about the ship. The ship and crew were first class.

THE FOOD WAS AWEFUL EVEN IN THE SPECIALITY RESTAURANTS TOO MANY KIDS NO REAL PLACE TO GET AWAY FROM THE KIDS NOTHING GOING ON ON SEA DAYS THE SHORE EXCURSIONS ARE A SCAM

The ship felt schizophenic. We were in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea on a ship that was completely Hawaiian...even with a statue of King Kamehameha in the main dining room and Hawaiian motif everywhere. Even the jewelry for sale was Caribbean rather than items indiginous to the Mediterranean area.

Professional staff. Very clean ship.

Balcony suite was very roomy and nice.

This was the first time we had a balcony. Though the room was no bigger than those without one the balcony makes the room seem so much larger. I'm sure we will always have a balcony.

I've enjoyed my first cruise and look forward to trying it again someday. Food on board is a major plus and what you would expect from a floating hotel. The captain and officers are regularly seen throughout the ship. Our cruise holiday had gone all too soon when we pulled back in to Civitavecchia... :-(

The food were almost the same everyday. Lobster was served on the first day which was so overcooked. The soup were always too salty.

we enjoyed our Costa cruise very much the host Gary was great every thing was poor food cold no drinks only with meals then you could get your water the entertaintment was good thats all . tha service was poor to say the least.
