It was okay. Not our best cruise (which was on Celebrity). Many reasons noted above. We would probably not do Norwegian again unless it was only option on days/times/pricing that we had.

It was a good cruise but expected a little more wow on the ship. Maybe I will try another ship or cruise line with more time and ports.

This has been our favorite cruise; there is almost nothing we didn't enjoy about it.

On the embarkation, we were excited to get on this dream cruise.

we got on this boat with the plans of booking our next cruise, changed our minds within a day. We will never do another NCL cruise.

We have sailed both Royal Caribbean and Norwegian. By far, RC is much better. The food was subpar on the Jade. They staff at the service desk were not as friendly as they should be. Overall, we would never cruise with Norwegian again.

I used to love Ncl but after this experience never again will I pay thousands of dollars to them again!

Great food, clean ship and great and friendly customer service made up for the things i did not like on the ship. Would cruise with Norwegian again.

WE WEREN'T NOTIFIED THAT THE CRUISE WAS ABORTED UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 10 PM ON OUR FIRST NIGHT (SUNDAY) IN PUERTO RICO THAT ALL PASSENGERS MUST LEAVE THE SHIP BY 4 PM TUESDAY AND WE WOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THE TIME TO DISEMBARK BY PA ANNOUNCEMENT OR WRITTEN NOTICE LATER! WE NEVER GOT SUCH NOTIFICATION EVEN WHEN WE VISITED THE SERVICE DESK IN LONG LINES SEVERAL TIMES!!! WE FINALLY WERE TOLD BY PA THAT ALL REMAINING PASSENGERS (AS MANY AS 200 OR MORE) MUST DISEMBARK EN-MASS AT 4PM !!! WE HAD NO WORD ON A FLIGHT OR WHERE THE BUSES WERE TAKING US NOR DID WE HAVE ANY FOOD OR FURTHER NOTIFICATION OF A CHARTERED FLIGHT TIME, STOOD IN LONG LINES UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT BEFORE DEPARTING AFTER MIDNIGHT ON A RICKETY CHARTER PLANE FOR MIAMI!!!! WE WERE MET BY SEVERAL NCL OFFICIALS IN MIAMI TO BE TOLD WHAT HOTEL TO GO TO, BUT STILL DIDN'T GET A BED IN A NON-HANDICAP EQUIPPED ROOM UNTIL 0600 WITH A CHECK-OUT TIME OF NOON!!! WE WERE GIVEN NO VOUCHERS FOR FOOD OR TAXI ALLOWANCE TO FIND AND PICK UP OUR GARAGED AUTOS BEFORE CHECKOUT!!!! NCL REALLY DROPPED THE BALL!!!

The cruise was cancelled due to a mechanical issue with the ship. This was our third attempt to take this cruise, twice before with Carnival. The first time it was canceled due to a hurricane, the second time due to an ice storm in Toronto. Somewhat turned off on cruising at the moment.

NCL had mechanical problems when we docked in Puerto Rico. It was a Thanksgiving cruise and is was cancelled on night 3. By day 5 all passengers had to exit the ship. NCL chartered flights for all 2700 passengers from San Juan to Miami. They allowed us to stay on the ship until 4:30pm on day 5. All ship activities were up and running until we all departed the ship. Groups were called to depart every 1.5 hours for two days. All in all, NCL had an issue but took care of the guests. We stayed safe and were well accommodated.

passengers on this cruise were great. The food was just OK. The wait staff was very good and our room steward was very good. However, guest services and the assistant next cruise person were very poor.

This was a relaxing cruise as we had days at sea between most ports. We loved the different architecture that represented each port. Everything was great about the ship and the staff. Very clean. They could have more wait staff in the dining rooms but that is my only complaint.

Unique trip to places you may not travel to. Ship was well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Could not take advantage of outside features, due to cold and windy weather. Strongly recommend free drink program! Specialty restaurants were good, but crowded and slow. Great to finish at home port, and get home without flying.

We had a great time. This was our first cruise with NCL. We had only cruised with HAL in the past. We still like HAL a little better, but will still consider NCL in the future.

Very interesting cruise with stops that held our interest, the boat was more of a means of transportation on this cruise.

Staff on this ship were all so friendly and helpful.

Would have been a perfect trip if shore excursions issue had not occurred!

The food and options were probably the worst of any cruise I've been on. the best I can say is that it was unremarkable. The entertainment was top rate, and the excursions we took were very good. For the most part the staff was excellent, with the exception of a few waiters who couldn't seem to get our orders right, or even bring us the drinks that we ordered. Steward and room conditions were excellent. This was the 2nd and last time on this ship, and probably the last time with Norwegian. Don't pay early as they will not adjust your cost if price drops. Our price dropped by half two weeks after we made final payment.

The itinerary ensured that it would be an interesting cruise. The weather was never worse than fair, and was often excellent, which made the port visits all the more enjoyable. The NCL 'freestyle dining works for us, so we ate mainly in the Grand Pacific, where the food was good - once it arrived. We have used NCL three time before, and would certainly be willing to do so again.
