Overall I would choose to cruise with Norwegian again (maybe a bigger ship size) and would definitely opt in for a haven suite, the staff is amazing and Norwegian would do anything to make sure you have a great experience.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
I wasn’t aware that I had a Haven suite which allows me to use a special check in process but overall it was ok and we sat down with everyone and waited for about an hour for the checking process to start, we arrived at the time the check in was supposed to start. PS we were all squished together in chairs very close to each other.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food was great with the exception of some times in the middle of the food wasn’t available due to cleaning or station change (thank god I had a haven suite that came with a butler which included room service for no additional fee) I won the haven suite by bidding for it.
Sushi Bar
1 out of 5
The food was good but the fact that they constantly asked for our card to pay and shoved the check in front of us before we even started eating was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
The spa experience was ok (very expensive) the price did not always reflect the results but the all inclusive every day spa package was worth it.
Did not use the pools since they where small and always crowded plus the weather wasn’t always warm enough.
We didn’t use the gym.
The game room was awesome.
Internet Cafe
2 out of 5
The internet didn’t work a lot of the times and had a very bad speed connection we paid for an unlimited plan that was supposed to work all the time and have great speeds but it didn’t work and was disappointing.
Spa
3 out of 5
Staff was always trying to upgrade you or sell you on something which quite annoying. What ever you do I would recommend to stay away from acupuncture it sucked and was very painful, I had some type of break out the next day and the excuse was that I needed to have more then one treatment which they don’t mention to you until after the first treatment.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The shows where nice and as expected to be on a cruise (not a Vegas show but good). Some musicians where very repetitive and sometimes sucked.
Children's Programs
We didn’t bring any kids along.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff where excellent and always helpful, no matter what we asked they would go beyond to try to help. (Having a haven suite made the experience so much better and worth it.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
It was really clean and nice wit the staff constantly trying to keep up and always being there to clean.
The layout I can was as best it could for the size of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The suite was very nice and comfy we had enough room to move around, The tub was awesome, the oversized closets definitely helped, we had a sitting area and a sofa that could turn into a sleeper overall it was really nice and comfortable.
Ship tip
Try to bid for a haven suite, make sure you have something for nausea since the size of the ship is not big enough to not feel the waves which caused a lot of rocking and shaking of the ship.
It was nice although my friend got some services done and it was really over priced something that should only cost $35.00 costed 80 and they only excepted cash while at the start of the service they said that they accepted credit cards which was a lie.
This island is boring and very dirty and there is really nothing available to do except for walking around and shopping expensive stuff. (We didn’t choose to do any excursion on this island).
