Review summary

The cruise was cancelled due to a mechanical issue with the ship. This was our third attempt to take this cruise, twice before with Carnival. The first time it was canceled due to a hurricane, the second time due to an ice storm in Toronto. Somewhat turned off on cruising at the moment.

That is unfortunate but please don't let it put you off things break even cruise ships we have done 7 cruises with ncl and have been on the jade twice she is a lovely ship and hopefully you will get to see that for yourself one-day and from what I have read ncl took care of everyone on board do keep trying with ncl you won't be disappointed when you finally get on one of there ships ⚓
