Review summary

As a Platinum Plus Latitudes member, I regret that I have two more cruises booked on the Jade. Having sailed on this ship twice before this last cruise, I was always content and satisfied. Keeping in mind that I am not a complainer, my recent experience on the Jade saddens me.

Cabin Steward was wonderful. Hotel Director, Mirsad, was impersonal and unable to think for himself, relying on “the rule book.” Our Concierge, Carlos, was unattentive and distant.

Ship Quality

Jade appears worn and in need of another refurbishment. The Casino is a Cancer-Causing, low-ceilinged and smoke filled room. Let us begin a Class Action Suit to secure our rights as NON-smokers.

I haven’t been on the jade yet BUT was on the escape recently and found the food really disappointing compared to prior sailings, and I’ve sailed the sky 2x and dawn once. Something seems to be going downhill with their food throughout their line.

You don't have to go through the casino to move around the ship. Plus, does it matter what level member you are? Nope, it does not. Stating that you are this level or other level on a review here makes you sound like you are entitled complainer. The crew are humans too. Looks like you are just complaining for no reason and looking for validation.

Platinum plus member too, first time in Jade, crew was awesome, restaurants were great, enjoyed the staff. If you don't like ther jade, switch to another ship, we have #25 in January on Bliss, lots of great ships to choose from! Jade may not have been my favorite but it was still a great cruise!
