Review summary

we enjoyed getting away from the cold weather up north. I would book another Norwegian cruise if we were to cruise again. Some issues need to be addressed to get a better rating.

Embarkation

The Norwegian Jade was not ready for us due to the cruise before. only one bar was open the pool area was closed. they were off loading sound equipment. The state rooms were not ready so everyone had to sit and wait and could not get a drink. The staff were very tired and rude. Not a good start for a relaxing vacation.

Food was plenty and easy to get to. the bars during the day were not. extremely long wait for a drink. When all bars were open at 5pm it seem easier to get a drink.

the activities on board were okay I enjoyed the dance lessons - needed more.

We enjoyed all of the shows. Great music, magic, dance and comedy.

We left the ship on our own after breakfast. Very easy, not too long of a line at customs.

I was on the same sailing and was discussed how they treated their guests having pool area dirty and closed. Norwegian should be ashamed of themselves!
