Review summary

Overall it was a great cruise, ship crew was helpful except the Customer Service Staff. Customer Service was anything but helpful, their English was very lacking, and they only knew the company line. I quit going to them and my steward answered all my questions and solved any issues that I had.

the port was ok, did not see but a few minutes, Did the ferry excursion through the second set of locks to the Pacific. It was a long day with us having to wait 2 hours for the main ship for our passage to arrive. The ferry crew did everything they could to make the wait unbearable.
