Review summary

The NCL experience was excellent. However, the PL customer service was poor. I will not book through PL again FOR ANYTHING. I will book directly with the Cruise line. Only go on excursions sponsored/booked by Norwegian Cruise Lines. Do not go through PL Affiliate! (shoreexcursions.com)

We were treated very well by the room attendant.

Ship tip

The vendors at Roatan port were very non-pressuring.. Stick to the cruise line excursions and you will not be scammed.

The shop items were very very overpriced. Since it was new, there wasn't a lot of tree shade, wildlife or anything.
