from the first time of taking NCL the quality of the food in the garden buffet for lunch and dinner has gone down...the decor in the garden buffet needs to be changed "the flowers" in the buffet needs to be updated

from the first time I took NCL, the quality of the decor of the the little animals made with the towels and placed on the bed after 7p.m. we only received once and didn't get any candy on our beds at all

Pros: atmosphere of the staff was wonderful, they were very helpful

Cons: "rome on your own" needs to be more detailed, the city had a smell, graffatti, the merchants were not friendly unless we were purchasing merchandise.

Recommends Norwegian Jade? Yes!
