is the worst travel consolidator!! Their service is NON-EXISTENT.  NCL is an excellent cruise company and this was our 4th cruise - 5*s.

But I will never again book with because they are NOT affiliated with American Airlines. They simply trade off AA's reputation with lousy service. The only reason I went through them in the first place is because I am a MILLION MILER with American and value their brand and service.

DO NOT BE MISLED - is NOT worth contacting.  Just book directly with NCL. Why insert a useless intermediary.

The cruise was very nice. The staff was amazing and there are plenty of things to do outside of the . The band, Groove International was amazing each night they played. The drinks were great and I was able to get two at a time 😜. We also met great people that we communicate with everyday. Definately a ship we will visit again soon.

I hadn't been on a cruise in 28yrs so I was a bit wary due to the last one I had motion sickness really bad.  My family wanted me to go so I thought why not with advanced technology I should be fine.  I loaded up on Dramamine and Motion Ease and off I went.  The ship was so big and steady that I didn't even have to use anything!!!  Norwegian Getaway is a beautiful ship with all the amenities of home.  We got the ultimate beverage package which was amazing as well:)  The kids didn't want to come home, I didn't want to come home.  We already began planning our next cruise with even more family and friends!!!    

Its a beautiful ship, just too many people. the show with the Elvis and Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis was one of the best shows I HAVE EVER SEEN ON BOARD SHIP. I did fined that one of the hostess at the dining room seemed to have an attitude, she was not very personable. We did have dinner two nights in a row in one place and were waited on by Lowell ( from the Philippines) he was an excellent waiter with a great personality. We all enjoyed the casino. The days at sea were very hectic in that it was almost impossible to find a chair by the pool or a seat in the buffet. Shrimp cocktails should be offered as an appetizer as well as escargot.All things considered I give the overall experience a rating of eight out of ten

In comparison with other panies, Norweigian Gateway has Excellent Specialties Restaurants and  Excellent shows.  Services were above average.  We recommend with no doubts the Gateway to everyone.  Food in The Garden area was better than the complementary restaurants.

Food was great! Cruise Director was awesome! Staff was very friendly and the camp staff was amazing!! They do a great job with the kids every day. Makes the trip much more enjoyable.

This cruise was bad.  Started with the transport that been arrange a month in advance from Miami airport which of course did not happen.  I then got food poison from on of  the restaurants on the ship and I guess there was more guests than me. I had to miss a 1/3 of my trip with my family celebrating my fathers 85 birthday and my parents 63rd wedding anniversary.  They went to 2 paid restaurants on the ship and the service and the food was awful per everyone in the party since I could not go.  They told me I could watch unlimited PPV since the TV did not get any network channels and they had a couple of channels that just played loops over and over.  It took 3 calls and one visit to Guest Services to get the movies off the bill.  The only saving grace was the staff and restaurants that were free.  The waiters and in those were wonderful and any staff that was just there to service you were great.   DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

karaoke and shopping. the overall cruise was great accept the embarkation.The shopping on the last night could  was not as extensive as it could have been.The deals should have been announced so that everyone could benefit as that would have been a great way to show your appreciation to all who were cruising.There were a lot of picture taking but not a lot of deals for us who like jewelry.You raffled a lot but that excludes so many because only 1 can win and we all would like to feel like winners after spending money to cruise.

My favorite part of the cruise was the wonderful entertainment we always get on Norwegian. The service is always great and the food delicious. The ports of call were nice, but Cozumel was the best. Wish we could have spent 2 days there. Not enough time to see everything.

 If you buy the liquor package that is absolutely fantastic. What I didn't like about the shipbis that it didn't have a lot of shopping stores on it. The shows were not enough variety. Also, every restaurant you went in, even the free ones, had a price menu for the better food. I was not happy with it. 

this was an awesome cruise from the start to finish this is my second  cruise on Norwegian and we loved it the boarding process is so easy with this cruise line no hassle. we have cruised with other cruise lines and not one of them does it like 

Norwegian. the free style dining is great you can just walk in any time and be seated. we recommend the specialty dinning absolutely awesome the food was great in all of the specialty restaurants - but make sure that you book the nights you want to eat in these restaurants or you will not get a table. if you wait to book when you'r on board. we always TIP above the required tipping and let me tell you these people go above and beyond for you when they see you take good care of them they would always be ready with another drink before you even finish. we highly Recommend that you book your cruise with this is the only company that we have used for all of our cruise we love the fact that if you have any questions they always call you back Cathy Bacaro is my favorite i recommend her to all of my friends she always takes the time to make sure that you are completely informed with everything you need to know before you take you trip.   

Overall, we were very pleased with our family cruise.

Several items need to be addressed:  the disembarking was a zoo and totally unacceptable, the evening shows were lacking( our 2012 cruise had a good show every night), and I am missing a dressy sleeveless shell and a bolero sweater.

I did not want to make accusations until I checked at home to make sure I had taken these clothes.  I had!

Staff was amazing!  Food was fantastic!  Very memorable 5th anniversary! Our ports got switched but there were no problems at all with any of our excursions that were booked.  Very clean ship and room was extremely comfortable.  

Food, accommodations, shows and excursions were awesome.  My wife and i had a wonderful time.  it was all we hoped for. we even signed up for another cruise in the next few years

The Staff was fantastic -so warm and friendly!  The food was fabulous!  The only downside was the small size of the pool- And the fact that we were promised $50.00 onboard credit that we did not receive!  I hope Barbara Nason will rectify that for me!

The shows were broadway entertainment and they celebrate Halloween which was lots of fun.  Didn't like the additional charges at the free dining which wasn't there two years ago. I would definitely recommend this cruise to my friends and family.

This was the best cruise ever! My wife and I had such a great time. We were not aware that they took Halloween so seriously and it was hysterical. Both the cruisers and the crew were decked out in some costumes that had you doubling over in laughter. They also had other special events and ongoing entertainment all day. The food was the best we have ever had on a cruise. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and one evening they brought us a cake at dinner and the crew sang Let me call you Sweetheart. It was a beautiful memory my wife and I will never forget. Everything was PERFECT!!

 I would definitely recommend this cruise to other people because I normally cruise with celebrity and this ship was more fun and the passengers were all about having a great time and I did enjoy the ports and the optional excursions and the staff was great and I especially loved my balcony room and  I thought the food was great as well .  I did not do lots of the activities because I prefer to relax on my balcony but I would definitely cruise with NCL again after this experience and the amazing price that I paid for just 1 traveler!  They did not charge me 200% of the price for being a solo traveler and that is what impressed me the most  ! 

From the booking of the cruise with Chris at until we disembarked on the final day the trip was very enjoyable. We drank a little, ate to much but the food was soooo very good and gambled abit as well. 

Loved the water slides and climbing wall and the rope course. 

The shows and comedians we saw were very good the only dislike was the rude pianists at the dueling piano bar "Howl at the Moon." They made fun of peoples song choices and if you by chance actually wanted to hear a song you had to pay them a tip with your slip of paper. What happened to no wet wallets? 

It's nice to have a Margaritaville on board! Cheeseburgers in Paradise are the best.

1st time cruising. One of the best vacations I've had. The crew was excellent, very professional. The food was ok but the on board entertainment and staff was superb.
