Review summary

It was a very rough trip going down, and uneventful coming back.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
There were a lot of choices of food, but we were only allowed to eat in certain dining rooms.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
There were not enough activities for those of us who do not drink or gamble.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The one show we saw was excellent, although dinner was help up until the show had ended.

Children's Programs

We are senior citizens and did not have any children with us

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The room steward was beyond excellent and the other ship personnel were great. (Except some frazzled people who were at guest services, who were less than helpful)

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was clean and sanitized which eas nice to see.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was very small and did not have enough electrical outlets. We needed at least one outlet near the head of the bed for a CPAP machine. The cabin was clean.

Ship tip

Make sure you go to the woman at the internet area to learn how to use your free 75 minutes of WIFI before you lose them by not having the correct app.

Ports of call

New York, New York

4 out of 5
We only got on and got off of the ship in NYC

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

4 out of 5
This port is filled with tourist traps and we could not find the beach as it was not easily accessible. I am very disappointed that I went all the way down there and did not see the beach.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
It was rushed.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Regarding use of a CPAP machine, if you notify the cruise ship a few weeks ahead, they will supply an extension cord and distilled water. I have never been charged extra for this service.

Also, with the NCL WiFi package, you need to log off every time you are done using your minutes. Some Reps fall to mention that important piece of info, unless you get the unlimited package. Otherwise your minutes will get used up super fast, and you’ll have to end up getting another package, etc. Hope this helps & Happy cruising 🤩⚓️😎❣️‼️
