Our room steward was terrible - it took him forever to clean our room, no towel animals, and he didn't do anything about the shower that didn't drain!!

Common bathrooms were not kept clean, soap dispensers didn't work in many locations.

Balcony was amazing!! The shower in our cabin didn't drain so I had to stand in dirty water every day when I took a shower.
