food drinks restaurants were good, except for buffets were overcrowded and unorganized.

On board activities were unorganized. There were no rock climbing walls or any other physical activities except for waterslides which were not fully open.

Very unorganized! Huge lines and no chance to see or get a reservations for most of the shows.

majority of the stuff were polite, friendly, but unprepared to answer sometime even a simple questions.

The stuff tried their best to maintain the ship in a clean and well maintained manner. Its just people on board were most of the time disgusting .

Unfortunately, one of my family member had to sleep on filthy, unhealthy, urinated mattress which was damaged by previous cruse guest through out of most of the cruse !!! The issue was not resolved up until the fifth day out of 8 days cruse.
