Norwegian did an overall good job with some to be desired for activities and entertainment. The Haven is a great place on any Norwegian ship

Onboard Activities

While the weather was temperamental they could have done a better job organizing more activities appropriate for the weather and not pretend we can have a dance party by the pool. There could have been more fun family oriented activities around the ship instead of just in one place with long lines. Overall they could have done a much better job with that

Most of the shows were just ok. Magician did trivial card tricks and musicians in common areas were mostly just ok
Children's Programs

While busy they did a good job spending time with and organizing activities for the kids. The check in/checkout process could be better as there were long lines and it was first come first serve and you had no idea when you might be able to have your kid attend. They need to scale children’s programs according to guests and age mix on board not do one size fits all

Service and staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our cruise enjoyable
Ship Quality

A lot of spills in elevators and common areas which were not cleaned in a timely manner but other than that staff did a good job keeping the ship clean
Cabin / Stateroom

Great for a family of 5 with comfortable beds and great views. Very close to haven lounge and restaurant
The island is very small with a few things to do but also very expensive. It has some interesting culture and history but cold most of the year except for summer. Do not plan to visit again
