This was a fun trip with my family, but the dining experience and the food were subpar except for the one specialty dining we did. Definitely recommend choosing a warmer destination for a winter cruise instead of Bermuda
Embarkation

It was fine - clearer signage upon entry to the terminal would have helped since we could have checked in anytime. We waited because the check in docs told us to wait until our selected time window

Food and Dining

The buffet and main dining rooms were ok - not great but not terrible. We really liked the one specialty dining (Teppanyaki) though! Overall the way you handle dinner reservations in the main dining rooms is horrendous. You know who has what reservations ahead of time - there's no reason the 530 first seating should be that chaotic and take that long to get people seated. I've done 2 Royal Caribbean cruises and there was never that insane line for reservations. You need to plan your logistics better.
Onboard Activities

It was too cold for the pools and the water slides were not open. I signed up for the gym class pass but turned out I didn't really need it because the trainers only checked our cards in one of special classes I went to. The spa was really nice and I enjoyed my massage. I appreciated the massage therapist letting me use the thermal suite afterwards. I think that area was my favorite of the entire ship. The rest of the ship and activities weren't really anything we were interested in. If it were warmer, we could enjoy the decks more.
Entertainment

The shows were fantastic! The magician, Million Dollar Quartet, Burn the Floor, and dueling pianos were fab
Service and Staff

Our room steward (Ivan?) was great. The waiters were mostly good, but some were slow and forgetful with our requests. Personnel was mostly great too.

Very clean and nice!

Loved having a sliding door to make the space feel bigger
Ship tip
It's not as nice/upscale as Royal Caribbean, but it is a nice getaway and relaxing. Be prepared for long lines at dinner even if you have reservations
The sightseeing tour was a nice way to see the island. Our 2nd excursion was shorter due to the ship leaving earlier but that was fine since there wasn't much to see in Hamilton anyway. However, we should have been given the option of getting a full or partial refund for the excursion on the day that was cut short.
