Ship has lots of activities and the itinerary is fabulous. One thing I don’t like about NCL is the constant extra cost of things, It does feel a bit like you are being nickel and dimed. We choose NCL because of the number of activities for kids
Norwegian Getaway Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
Getawa is a big ship with lots of activities for busy kids. They loved the sports Court water slide, rock wall and splash camp. We enjoyed the variety of bars and spots on the ship. The outdoor Bars and restaurants area On deck 7 is really fun. The shows on the ship are fantastic broadway quality.
The food was good but nothing really special. The paid dinning was better then main dinning room.
staff on Getaway was helpful and friendly if you had an issue or a question they were always there to help.

Food is fine nothing outstanding but nothing bad. We were in a large group 14 pppl 8 kids and 6 adults) and the wait staff did struggle without Timing of meals. There were lots of times when people would get their main when others hadn’t received their starter.

Lots of things todo for people of all ages. Everyone loved the water slides and rock wall. Wish they didn’t charge for experiences I do miss the days when these things were included in the price.

Always available to help. Customer service staff at the desk was Excellent and very helpful. Room Stewart was good but you can tell they are very over worked! They have so many rooms to care for 15 you don’t get the same level of detail that use to exist. The anytime dinning means your don’t for that relationship with your wait staff and they learn your preferences. They are adequate and doing the best they can given the work load.
NOL has fantastic architecture and the on off bus is a great way to see the city. Nol is very dirty and the inequality among its citizens is very stark
Norwegian really needs to figure out a better system. The fact that you cue for so long to get off the ship is silly. It doesn’t matter what time you get off there is always a long cue.
