La Cucina Italian Restaurant

The pizza was OK, unfortunately the service was not up to NCL standard. I did not bring it to anyone’s attention except for the waiter, letting him know that He forgot the risotto that my husband and I both ordered. My salad was very average and I ordered a latte, was not told that it was not part of my meal plan. Where at the Cagney steakhouse the Starbucks coffee double shot of espresso was included after my husbands meal I ended up paying nine dollars for two coffees which were totally worth it because the rest the coffee on the ship sucks. Natalie we made this reservation for our last meal on the ship as a family and it was like definitely the worst

Waves Pool Bar

Don’t bother with the paper straws, skip it. It’s fun to stand around the bar but sometimes I think it might be better to have a lineup. Unfortunately the bar is way too close to the cigarette aquarium.... I found myself avoiding the side of the ship with the smokers the whole deck was terrible as was the kids area. Well I’m on the top because of the smoke the whole area in the middle where the casino is this terrible our ship was smoke a Sauris Rex

Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville at Sea

I did not $ to get the food for this place, I was sadly disappointed as there was not much as far as music & vibe of Jimmy. I did eat at the buffet in the morning here it was OK a little less busy than the main garden café

Skyy Vodka Ice Bar

My husband said it was fun however it’s hard to stay in there for too long & $25/pp NCL is banking you are only having 1 drink. My husband was in there with shorts and flip-flops and a parka! He laughed because the guy that worked inside was from Brazil and the guy that worked outside was from Serbia

O'Sheehan's Neighborhood Bar and Grille

What’s the time the service was good except for the last day it was not good the waiter keep apologizing because my French toast was not showing up. Lots of people like the wings I did not like them at all

It is what it is I wish people would roll up their sleeves, Watch where they are walking & oh my god so crazy for chicken strips

Teppanyaki

Probably the best generous portions of food considering the base is rice, no shortage of small scallops & shrimp & beef The theatrical performance of the chefs are amazing great family fun. Ours was a complete sing-along

The Tropicana Room (Main Dining Room)

Very lovely like the art deco feel. Food again was similar to Garden Café but like saver and taste just a little bit better because I didn’t have to go get it myself. The staff were phenomenal and the entertainment was lovely I got to see a duo and some Christmas tunes

Savor Restaurant

Always good amazing staff what time is the food just seem like the Garden Café only delivered. I never had dessert there

Good flavours very small portions dessert was amazing

Cagney's Steakhouse

Okay, fillet mignon was a bit charred but they were the best potatoes au gratin I’ve ever had! Way too much food I would only order one side or order the sides and share them for the table

I think they need to do more flash sales or give people coupons that participate around the ship in cruise director activities

Staff is on it as far as cleanliness, Frustrating that people reserve their chairs and don’t come back

Very clean and some interesting machines I’ve never tried before I only hit it once though

Cirque Dreams & Steam

Very good however we did not purchase the additional dinner package but received it anyways weird we had to rebook our reservation for le bistro (I know such a tough problem) Many reviews said the food was average I thought it was delicious and the steak was cooked quite nice dessert was a bit much I think they might waste a lot of food here but our family is not super gigantic eaters

The Atrium

Pretty but too smoky to really hang out, customer service can be a noisy place to get help as it’s beside the stage where they are constantly playing games and yelling into the microphone

Entourage Teen Lounge

My daughter loved it Staff was great I wish that I could have a reverse pager so that I could tag her or leave a message and let her know where were meeting her instead of troops in around trying to capture the kid. I think it’s important that kids get away from the devices in these types of situations so her caring around a cell phone wasn’t what I was looking for. And she survived quite nicely but it would be nice to have a little bit more efficient communication
