Review summary

Overall,a good cruise but Norwegian needs to retrain some of their customer service staff. They were not helpful and seemed not to care. Also,we were 1 minute late for lunch at Taste and the Maitre d would not seat us. He was rude and condescending.Showed me his watch to prove he was right since mine was showing we had 1 minute to spare.

Did the 2 day and 1 evening trip. Our guide was annoying,found the churches and palaces not up to expectations. Guide gave us information that was not factual.

Goteborg (Gothenburg), Sweden Did not visit port

Did not go to Sweden as there were high winds and the captain decided it was risky because of the narrow channel. Spent most of the day at sea then went to Copenhagen early. Big disappointment.

Disembarkation

We were amazed at the efficiency of the disembarkation process. We were off the ship in about 5 minutes.
