Nice ship, good entertainment and excellent staff. We enjoyed this ship but would probably try another one if we choose to go Norwegian again. The cruise director and assistant could be obnoxious at times. Ship needs some attention. Theatre chair arm fell off and I lost a whole drink to the floor. Carpet in room was badly stained with something red. Room ported never showed up at all one day. There is room for improvement.

Dining rooms were very nice - food was just okay - nothing to write home about. Don't waste your money on the Ocean Blue experience - they upcharge you for items that were not worth the extra money. Bars were busy but staff was excellent!

Pool was great - nice to have an adult and children's separate. We also had a blast on the water slides.
Entertainment

Entertainment was good! Comedian, dueling pianos, and theatre shows were really good. Many game shows on the 6th floor stage which the volume was extremely loud and hard to communicate even in the restaurant above.

Common areas were very clean and kept with staff always around picking up. Rooms were okay - stains on our carpet didn't impress me.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was typical for a cruise - very small balcony. Don't even think about opening up the wall in between rooms on the balcony they will not allow. Cleanliness - well the stains on the carpet were noticeable. Too bad they don't pay attention to the cabins more.
Ship tip
Food isn't any better in the specialty restaurants than the main dining. I say don't waste your money.
We really enjoyed snorkeling here - loved the reef and staff on the catamaran were GREAT! We had a ball with the group we ended up with! Would recommend.
Disappointed AGAIN. Chose to try River tubing - DON'T waste your money. It was 25-40 minute boat ride then a 50 minute (old school) bus ride to river - saw NOTHING on the river as far as wild life. We tubed for 50 minutes being towed along by a guide tied together - NOT WORTH wasting a whole day. Would never do it again. Spent over 3 hours traveling and 1 hour tubing to see locals do their laundry in the river we were on. TERRIBLE
Fun day - shopping at the port and using the open pool. Great for people watching and enjoying the sun. Food at bar/restaurant poolside was good too - friendly servers.
We love Cozumel...rented our own jeep at Alamo and they were very professional. 2 couples visited the Mayan Ruins and shopped the stores there. Drove to other side of island and found a great spot to have lunch and swim. Umbrellas, chairs and bar on the beach. Had a 45 massage for just $35! Best FOOD on the whole trip!
Most unorganized mess of people. Upset travelers trying to get in lines that were a total confused mess. Couldn't even get off the elevator on the floor we were told to go to do disembark. This area needs much improvement. Sad to leave a cruise with angry tired travelers.
