Was ok , not what I was expecting , the location was in the middle of the boat , the suite was a regular room nothing to fancy , they make it seem fancy by putting a champagne there when you arrive but it’s a nasty house champagne . I also asked for help on how to be able to set up happy birthday decor for my husband , they never did , his bday came a and nothing was up. I felt awful ,

Sorry to read this poor review, a big mistake people make is to not put their complaint on paper to the Hotel Director (you must be a first time traveler by the commends made on this review). The box is kept at the service desk on deck 6. He is responsible for overall operations of the ship (under the captain of course). A bad review is not a good thing for the ship as far as the company is concerned. They have to answer out these negative reviews to management during their weekly meetings. The Director will have a department supervisor insure the situation WILL BE/was rectified so you can get on with your week in a stress free mood. They want you to be happy so you can refer friends and family and come back yourself and continue to support the company with your hard earned dollars. Don't be afraid to report your incident in writing so it can be answered in a timely manor and be corrected. Better luck on your next cruise.
I loved the Getaway. It is absolutely fantastic. The shows were out of thus world. The food was great. The service fantastic. Can’t wait for another NCL cruise.
