Review summary

Had a good time!! Wish the ship was cleaner. Food was excellent in all the restaurants. Buffet needs to add more variety. Entertainment was above average.

The ship was laid out well however the entire ship needs a deep cleaning!!

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great for our needs. Size was perfect and plenty of storage. The cabin however needs a major deep cleaning. Black mold in the corners of the rooms carpet. stains all over the floor.

Thank you. Good to know about the dry dock. We plan on being on her in October. Btw, it's fairly new ship, will be 5 in February. We were on the very first cruise from Miami in February 2014 and loved the ship.

We sailed the Nov. 25th cruise and thought the ship was very clean especially our room. Our steward was excellent and was seen using a small brush like a toothbrush to clean the cabinet fronts. There were no stains on the carpet. Keep in mind the Getaway is scheduled for dry dock in the spring. Overall for her age and cruise traffic we thought she was in great condition. We also always saw staff working in the common areas.
