Great ports! Loved the itinerary!
Loved the unlimited food options which every cruise has, but makes for a very happy family.
Room was surprisingly not claustrophobic with 5 of us in a 216sf room. Wished we got a balcony.
Improve service by wait staff a little, more pools for kids, and this is 5 stars out of 5 stars on all fronts.
Regardless we had an absolute blast and it was our best family vacation to date!!
Side note: Our biggest surprise was many rude people that don't wait in line and just cut in and grab food, or whatever. Not sure where polite interactions went with many people. Some are polite, but many just made me laugh out loud....like really....you don't see everyone in line?
Embarkation

Terrible lines, slow, and people cutting with employees not monitoring or organizing.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was above average....I did expect a little better quality. But, eating whenever just thrilled the children! Steak was average at nice restaurants, so was the Asian place which wasn't worth the wait. But very good food overall and choices.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
So much to do, but surprised only one little pool for the kids otherwise 5 stars. The adult pool looked uncomfortable to even watch.....so packed shoulder-to-shoulder with heavy drinkers. Ropes course, mini-golf, arcade, shows, so much to do. Awesome!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Fun shows! Surprised on the up-charge for the Cirque type show, but glad we went!
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
I think the automatic charges lower the quality of service compared to my other cruise where they work hard to "earn" a tip.

It looks like paying for the Haven may be worth it so you get access to another pool. But, we couldn't get in to see for sure.
South Beach was full of sea weed. Not our favorite beach we have been to. Loved the drive in seeing the beautiful homes and scenery. The food at Charlotte's Bistro was the highlight.
Beautiful, clean port. Thoroughly enjoyed! Our snorkeling boat got beached and another boat came and got us, but it was no big deal. Kind of funny to watch the Laurel and Hardy show going on.
Favorite place! Walked 2 blocks to a green roofed building and played with monkeys, lemurs, parrots, and a sloth for only $10 a person. Best kept secret!
Dolphin experience was a racket. Lowered to 3 stars because of photos at the end. It was nearly $600, and they wanted $450 more for us to buy our 15 pictures??!! Insane.
Did you have a suite with 5 people? The rude people seem to be everywhere which surprises me to some extent. You're supposed to be having fun and be nice to other people.
