Computer/WiFi director gets a negative 5 stars. Very poor support. There should be more information on disembarkation posted days earlier, not at last minute.

Snorkeling not as good as expected (coral reef quality was poor). Staff was very professional, but coral reef in French Key in Roatan, much much better.
