Review summary

Unfortunately, we thought being a part of THe Haven meant you were very well taken care of and we were until the last day. FINISH STRONG, Norwegian. You failed us on the last day. So disappointing and basically has ruined cruising for us. It was a wonderful 30th anniversary trip until that final day. You did not "do everything" to find our bag. I made several additional suggestions to the port agent and customer care that may have resulted in finding our bag, but they were not done. If the bag had been one of yours, with your items inside, I am sure you would have tried harder. For us, it was NOT a 3.9 rated cruise...it was 2.0 because of the service in the end. Sad.

The only show we signed up for was cancelled on the night we booked which was the last night of the show. Disappointed.

This would have been 5 stars except ONE OF OUR BAGS WAS LOST between 10pm on Saturday evening and 9am Sunday morning AND WE WILL RECEIVE NO COMPENSATION FOR IT

LOST BAG...had to wait for a couple of hours while baggage areas were searched. It took several weeks of continuous calls and form submissions to finally get a response that the bag cannot be found and we will be given $100 for the trouble.

Always take pictures of your luggage to help then to identify it. Also, we carry our bags off because the Haven Concierge will escort you off the ship and if you show your Haven keys you bypass all of the k Lines.

If you took out travel insurance, you can claim lost luggage and get reimbursed.
