Review summary

We are platinum members with Norwegian and didn’t one time see our concierge. We did try calling her, and she didn’t even return our call. I think they have to look at their customer service model, Because right now it’s not very good. We will have to start looking for a new cruise line, we talked to many repeat cruisers and everyone was very disappointed with their cruise.

I have to agree with KJ's review . Day 1 we felt a vibe 180 degree opposite of that we felt last year on the Epic. This cruise majority of staff was just not as warm and inviting and we commented on that to each other a number of times. As for the ship itself, very nice. Loved the 8th floor waterfront and ability to walk outside around 75% of the boat. The shows are spectacular while the food was meh. Each cruise line has their niche and NCL's is the shows. Internet left quite a bit to be desired even after they credited some time back to my account after visiting desk on 6th floor. Both the Latin and the reggae bands were excellent and were receptive to requests.

I have been on this ship twice and never had a problem. Taking my third in May and I know it will be just as awesome. There are more than enough free eateries on this beautiful ship and the staff are always friendly and seem to remember our names throughout the cruise. Maybe you are projecting negative energy and that’s why the staff avoided you?
