This was our first cruise so we really have nothing to compare it to, but we are hooked. We really enjoyed the Norwegian Cruiseline overall and we will be back to cruise with you again.

Food and Dining

All of the dining was amazing. All areas were clean and the waite staff were friendly. There was a tremendous variety of food at the buffet. We especially enjoyed the omelet bar. We really enjoyed main dining as well. They had a nice selection of food and fabulous desserts.
The only place we felt rushed to eat was at the Cirque Dreams and Steam show. It seemed that they were understaffed.
Onboard Activities

The pool area seemed very crowded. It would have been nice to have one more adult pool area. We liked Spice H2O very much.
Mandara Spa

I really enjoyed my hot stone massage. It was a perfect start to our cruise. The woman who gave me my massage was especially thoughtful and kind.
Entertainment

All the entertainment on the ship was amazing. We attended a variety of shows - comedians, Burn the Floor - and activities in the main lobby - dance instruction, fruit cutting & decorating, bingo and Deal or No Deal.

We enjoyed sunning on the deck and the waterfall cooling area. We also enjoyed watching movies at night.

Our room was spotless and it was cleaned twice per day. We received ice twice per day also.

Everything was easily accessible and the common areas were very clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

I was surprised at how much storage was in our room. I was able to completely unpack and get to all my items easily. The bathroom was more specious than I expected. Our cabin was kept spotless.
Unfortunately I found the bed extremely uncomfortable.
Ship tip
Definitely get the onboard texting/calling service. It is only $14.99 and well worth the money. Such an easy was to keep in touch with the people you are cruising with.
We loved having both the beach and pool available. The view from the beach was outstanding. The pool was amazing. It was nice to swim in a pool that was not salt water.
The snorkeling at Tabyana Bay was indescribable. It was an unforgettable experience. The instructors were patient and fun. The lunch was delicious. We were happy that we could get food more than once because we worked up an appetite while snorkeling.
We were so excited to to go to Chichen Itza. It was an excellent excursion. We were guided to and from the various types of transportation by the cruise staff so we felt safe and secure.
There was a lot of walking when disembarking. We had to wined around the entire ship in order to leave. We found our luggage easily and had help from the porters getting it off the ship. It was a smooth process.
