Review summary

Guest services had trouble speaking English. You could not use on board credits for gratuities. This was never explained so Norwegian ended up with my unspent on board credits. I would not recommend Norwegian. The activities were hard to figure out and they wanted to charge you for everything. Royal Caribbean is way better and fairer.

The food was OK. The bacon was disgusting and extremely low quality. Bartenders were really good. They charge you for bottled water even if you purchase a beverage package.

Never understood how to participate. Couldn't understand ship's PA system or speakers.

Comedy was OK. Never could attend any shows other than comedy. Shows are for Haven members only. Regular people have little shot to get in.
