Review summary

LEVEL OF SERVICES AND PERKS NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS FOR GUEST TAKING TOP LEVEL SUITES. ROYAL CARRIBEAN RECOGNIZES THIS. DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THAT TOP LEVEL SUITES SHOULD NOT BE SADDLED WITH THE SAME PETTY CHARGES THAT YOU CHARGED TO THE LOWER LEVEL CABINS. PAYING $25,000 PLUS FOR CABIN AND TOLD YOU MUST PAY FOR WATER IN RESTAURANTS AND MINIMAL INTERNET PACKAGE FOR ONE USER AND DEVICE IS A COMPLETE TURNOFF.

I agree!! If you are paying for the luxury, you should pretty much get what you want! Our honey moon cabin is costing us $9,000 and I think at that price they can give me bottled water if I ask for it!!!

Was this in the Haven?

Those penthouse suites accommodate up to six people at about $6k pp.

Boo Hoo my friend! I feel so bad for you! If you can afford to spend that much money on a cabin I do not feel your complaint is justified!

Castiel    7 years ago

Too good for tap water, huh?

kloven    7 years ago

maybe they had 5 or 6 people in their "suite"? that could jack the price up.

They should have tried to charge you for the free meals and shows too, I mean if you are silly enough to pay that for a cabin...

I'm so confused.. I just sailed Norwegian a few weeks ago and never had to pay for my water in the restaurants. Unless you had to have bottled water every time? I think a glass of iced tap water is just fine.

Oh I know...People who have more money than sense.

Exactly. ..who the hell pays 25,000 for a cabin lmao. I didn't know they had cabins that expensive on the Getaway lmao

Paying $25k for a cabin and then complain about petty charges that use little folk pay is akin to paying 6 digits for a motor home then asking what kind of gas mileage does it get!!!!!!!

kstrow    7 years ago

who pays $25,000.00 for a cabin????

cruisincouple06    7 years ago

Who on earth would pay 25,000 for a cabin to begin with
