Review summary

The Norwegian Getaway is a beautiful ship with lots of amenities and great entertainment. The ports of call were mostly enjoyable. Costa Maya was a little questionable as it still lacks a lot of infrastructure; however, the beaches were nice. An area that Norwegian still has room for improvement is the disembarkation process at the conclusion of the cruise. The delays would have been more avoidable with more structure and organization. Other than that they did a fine job.

We sail on Sunday!! We have heard to go in town at Costa Maya. Made reservations for beach chairs at Tropicante. Bidding on room upgrade, hope to hear soon.
