Review summary

This ship needs to take a check on the staff attitude, the way they run their ship, the way they treat their passengers, how they run protocol for when issues happen, and I personally would not recommend this ship. I could have taken a petition around and had at least two hundred plus signatures of people who would not have went on this ship or will not go on a Norwegian Cruise Line again because of this Cruise. People were asking for deposits back for cruises that they booked for future dates.

They seemed very disgruntled, unhappy, unwilling to be helpful, rude, and put out that they had to be there. This was a Christmas Cruise and you would expect for a happier situation.

Our room was not kept it, did not have turned down and had to ask for towels repeatedly

I would definitely look into other people's experiences on the ship before I embark on another Norwegian Cruise.

Just came off of this cruise and my name definitely would have been on your petition! Worse cruise I have ever taken! Would not recommend!

Had a wonderful time on cruise...never saw cabin Stewart Kids were way out of control but loved the ship. I think ship should have taken kids to their parents when they found them sliding down stair rails pressing all floors on elevator, in Tropicana dining while band played you could dance but kids were doing cartwheels and backflips, when trying to play miniature golf kids were playing your hole and taking your ball and hitting balls to hurt people. Parents got on ship and let kids go with no supervision shame on them and cruise line for letting them do it

I had the same problem on the getaway. Our steward even told us that the captain yelled in his face becus we went downstairs to have the water charge removed from our account since we did not use it. I was so sickened to know how the staff gets treated. It was a simple mistake the steward was fantastic to us the entire time of our cruise.
