Review summary

I had a very bad experience with the "Tulum Mayan Ruins"...the bus company (Sun & Fun) that Norwegian has contracted to take us to the ruins....is stealing $5.00 (CASH) from EVERYONE on the bus. The guide (SAUL) is telling everyone that if they want to take pictures at the ruins they must pay him $5.00, it's the law he tells everyone on the bus.....what a lie and scam. I did bring this information to the Norwegian Shore Excursion staff....spoke to two staff members.....Marcus Taylor and Clinton Peterson. Marcus Taylor said he would email me with what has been done to fix the problem....he NEVER got back to me....very disappointed...and now I'm NOT planning on using Norwegian again....this was my fourth trip with the Norwegian line...and I'm spreading the word!!!!!

The days that the ship tenders to a port.....they drop anchor.....was sound asleep on first day and they dropped anchor....I thought we hit something....Should let people in the front cabins aware that when the anchor is dropped it sounds so loud and the cabin will shake....really a bad experience.

Ship tip

Don't go to the "Tulum Mayan Ruins". The bus company that Norwegian has contracted is Stealing Money from everyone on the bus.....they are taking $5.00 Cash from EVERYONE and telling them that it is so they can take pictures, while at the ruins. The bus company is "Sun & Fun. Bad experience!!!!
