Review summary

After our first try with NCl 2 years ago, we figured we would give it another shot. Poor food, poor service, ZERO entertainment after 7 pm. I will continue with carnival and royal Caribbean.

Sorry, but I have to agree with ehcruise. I just cruised this ship, and rebooked it again for next January because of all the wonderful entertainment! I cruised 2 Royal ships (Indy and Oasis) and 7 Carnival ships before trying NCL. Although we loved those ships, we were blown away by the Getaway. CATS on the Oasis was HORRIBLE! The food was wonderful, including the best buffet we have EVER had. I have to ask, are you sure you cruised the same ship as me?? Lol! I guess to each their own, and some people just like to find fault with everything.

This is a Verified review that they did go on the cruise.

I happen to agree with the OP that Carnival and RCI do a much better product then NCL does.

how is it possible no entertainment after 7 pm? That is when all of the entertainment is just starting. million dollar quartet, burn the floor, comedians, karaoke, white party . . . .are you sure you were really on the ship?
