Review summary

The ship and staff were awesome but only one pool was open and was full of people. I couldn't use it.

I could not use my $50 onboard credit that cruise only promised. The staff said it was not included in the reservation I made. Cruise only assured me i had it. Very disappointed with cruise only and Norwegian. We booked 5 cabins

Mine were included in my price I payed when I booked both times. I am unsure of what you are talking about as when we got off the ship the only thing we paid for was our excursions, 2 photos, and the crazy expensive dental floss we charged to the room.

I feel ya, I've cruised with Norwegian 5 times in the last 7 years, the "freebies" are not free, and it's all about money everywhere you turn they charge for something, maybe they should pay their staff better so the people that are on "Vacation " can enjoy their time and not worry about how big the bill will be at the end. Or at the very least include tips in the price of the cruise so we can just relax and enjoy our vacation time.
