Review summary

From start to finish I was robbed. Paying for two balcony rooms side by side and getting  two inside rooms three decks apart and on different ends of the ship with no way or anyone to take care of the problem. I was told that I could change excursion credits to on board credits, but that didn't  happen. Very dissatisfied with Norwegian am the way things were handled.

Exactly! I've never heard of NCL downgrading anyone. We just sails last week and one of our inside rooms were upgraded to a balcony on the Star.

Traveled NCL and have gotten nothing but exceptional service and treatment. Traveled with up to 12 people and not a hitch in the cruise.

I find it hard to believe that NCL would do that. Your initial invoice should show your balcony rooms. Did you call and change things around by chance? I ALWAYS have all my documents showing exactly what i paid for.

Just saying...when you spend that much money, time, etc. Spend time getting your details documented. There are resources/documentation to hold them to their word. At least then, if mistakes are made you have a paper trail of documents to give you leverage!!!

You didn't follow up on your reservation. We booked two adjoining rooms. I looked at the deck plans and saw that are rooms are in fact not connected. So I had to call my NCL agent and he changed it with no problem. People make mistakes it only humane nature. It's up to us since we're paying to make sure our money is being well spent.

I had my room assigned long ago and can clearly see where it is and it is next to my friends room. I am able to tell that it is correct, I examined the decks already and printed my luggage tags with the deck color and room assignment. I do not see how this post makes sense.

Wow. So you called NCL and booked 2 balcony rooms and they switched it? Did they send you a confirmation with the room numbers and then when you boarded you were put somewhere else? That's insane!
