Review summary

I enjoyed my balcony room and beautiful ship but the customer service was extremely poor, food was bland don't bother at the buffets the food all tastes the same. I would recommend the casino on the getaway it was the best part of the boat. Staff is not helpful and they don't know their way around the boat

Provide more restrooms please. 2 stalls to service 5000 people is not enough.

All of your belongings and trash will be inspected , no privacy but beautiful room and balcony was amazing.

Casino and tempanyaki are best features to visit.

Bahamas day was cancelled due to unsafe tenders, however 3 boats tendered at the port in same location ? Unfair that day was cancelled and boat did not wait to see if water conditions improved.

I have zero complaints and can't fault the ship at all Shorts! It is everything it is in the photos and more. You'll have a blast.

So untrue. The service is impeccable. The buffets are great as long as you don't eat the scrambled eggs. But it's a buffet, how good could mass produced hot box food be? The dining package is a must.

Thank you for your review. A lot of reviews have stated bad customer service and food on NCL ships. If you choose to cruise again I would suggest a different cruise line.

To neiko0174, a review is one person opinion, if they find issues with food and service no need to be rude to them and call them "Complainer" when you leave a comment the the box says to be polite.
