Think NCL has issues with food quality and serving temperature

The buffet on deck 15 served food that was barely warm and mostly tasteless.  It tasted like it had been warmed after having been frozen.  This is not up to the Norwegian standards we have come ro expect.  We also note that the guest services desk took an inordinate amount of time to serve customers.  In fairness, I will say that the French rstaurant and the Teppanyako Grill had excellent servers and the food was very good.  The Moderno experience we had was not good.  We never did get any chicken serves.  Cagneys was better food and better service.  In talking to other passengers, many were dissatisfied.  We have taken approximately 14 cruises and this cruise was not what we expect from NCL.


Cabin / Stateroom
cabin was clean and well attended. Cabin steward very friendly and cooperative.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
I think you need to add more wheelchair assistants. We must have waited 45 min after checking in for a wheelchair ride to arrive.

Unhappy that I was unable to do the rope course on Saturday because everything was closed, including Spongebob and the water slides.
Children's Programs
The sceduling of your shows is out of sync with dining times. We tried to have meals as close to 6 p.m. As possible, but we only made it to one show Burn the Stage which was excellent. Having to pay extra for Illusionarium annoyed me, but the show was a real winner.

Food and Dining Not up to the standard we expect.
